Where Hello Susu Enterprise issues a passbook or Susu card, you are responsible for keeping it safe. Do not alter, forge or manipulate entries.

If it is lost or stolen, call 0243485887 or 0248705355 immediately. Delays in reporting can increase risk of unauthorized activity.

Never share PINs, passwords, OTP codes or verification details with unauthorized persons — including anyone claiming to be a collector who cannot prove they work with Hello Susu Enterprise.
