How to prepare for a withdrawal

Under Hello Susu Enterprise Terms, customers should provide at least three (3) days’ notice before requesting a withdrawal so the Company can verify and process the request.

Have your passbook or Susu card ready where applicable, and be prepared to complete identification checks. If someone else will collect on your behalf, ask about authorization requirements in advance.

Report known discrepancies in your ledger as soon as you notice them — do not wait until withdrawal day.
